Rock Creek’s focus is to add value throughout the design, development and construction pipeline of every project. We are skilled in working in several different capacities depending upon the requirements and/or wishes of our clients.  Our strong background in architecture and construction, combined with many years working for prominent real estate developers, allows us to tailor our scope of services to fit each project.

Primarily, we act as Owners’ Representatives (also known as Program Managers) to effectively and efficiently manage each project and deliver on-time and on-budget results for our clients. The Rock Creek difference is that we immerse ourselves in our clients’ dreams. Being true Owner’s Representatives, in spirit as well as in word, means we have the ability to determine the value points of various parameters, strategizing on options for pricing and scheduling – all with a focus on making the dream a reality. Depending upon the needs of the project, we are also able to contract directly on Owner Furnished items to help reduce overall cost and to maintain control throughout the project delivery process.
